ROME - Citta 'Italian shot down in energy efficiency and savings. Out of 100 buildings in 15 cities monitored ', 89 have not passed the exam. The 11 promoted, however, are all in Bolzano, the only city 'at the top of those analyzed. These results of the new national campaign Legambiente 'All Class A' (from the reference mark of efficient consumption) collected and disseminated in a dossier on the eve of the anniversary of the entry into force of the Kyoto Protocol.
