Health: Alcohol accords not sleep, who drinks sleep less

ROME - The nightcap did not sleep, even alcohol is likely to knock 'out of bed early. Few too many drinks can 'dramatically reduce the quality' of sleep, by acting in two phases: the first sleep more 'deep, favored by the warmth caused by alcohol, the second announced by wide-eyed and long vigils.
